Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization if your return is approved. Please do not ship any items back without this authorization.

Packaging: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible. Be sure to include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided with the return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
